Summary

This yard in Mount Kisco had become thin and patchy, making it hard for healthy grass to grow. The homeowner wanted a fuller, greener lawn and called us in to bring new life to the property before fall arrived.

The Work

Deep dethatched the entire lawn to remove old grass and debris
Core aerated the soil to improve air and water flow to the roots
Applied fresh grass seed, hay, and pet-safe starter fertilizer
Spread and leveled four yards of topsoil to fill holes and fix uneven spots

The Outcome

The lawn is now set up for a stronger comeback. With layers of old thatch gone, new seed and fertilizer in place, and the ground leveled, the yard is ready for thicker, healthier growth in the coming months.
