Summary

This outdoor project started with an outdated space that needed a complete refresh. The client wanted better use of their backyard entry, plus improved stability for the slope next to the home.

The Work

Removed large shrubs and old block wall, including stumps and debris
Excavated area and installed gravel base for proper drainage
Built an interlocking retaining wall with cap stones for support and structure
Installed a new paver patio and walkway, finishing with polymer sand for clean joints

The Outcome

The backyard now has a solid retaining wall and a level paver patio that gives direct access to the house. The space looks modern and is ready for outdoor furniture. This upgrade made the area much safer and easier to use.
