Summary

A Chappaqua property owner wanted a cohesive upgrade to their outdoor spaces. We were brought in to install new bluestone features and address unfinished concrete surfaces, aiming to blend durability with a polished look.

The Work

Fabricated and set front bluestone walkway, back bluestone patio, and steps over existing concrete slabs
Caulked expansion joints at critical points for lasting flexibility
Applied stucco to step facings and exterior concrete walls after prepping and waterproofing
Installed Belgium block curves around driveway turns for a defined border
Built dry stack grill box walls using block and face stone

The Outcome

The property now features unified bluestone surfaces that connect entry, patio, and steps. Belgium block borders and stucco finishes give the space a sharp, finished appearance. The result is a more inviting and durable outdoor area.
